The other tenants describe themselves as: we are all second-year students at the University of Leeds. We are a clean, friendly household. We enjoy both a night out and a chilled night in, and will occasionally host pres. The house is slightly on the louder side but we do enjoy quiet time as well. We like to cook meals together and occasionally bake and enjoy a film night. Ideally we are looking for a female student housemate to fill the room and we don't mind their university year/ age.

This property was renovated a few years ago, including new kitchen & bathrooms. The house has also recently been redecorated with new carpets & furniture. All the bedrooms are furnished, the living room includes a TV and two leather sofas & there's a dining table provided in the massive kitchen.
