MHS is a young, friendly family-owned business based at Hyde Park Corner in Leeds. We have a small close-knit group of staff, including our office dog Ruby, a Labrador.
We are currently looking for a Lettings Consultant / Administrator for our Hyde Park Corner office. You will be responsible for supporting the office staff in responding to enquiries, both face to face, over the telephone and electronically, making appointments in order to maximize potential opportunities and meet monthly targets.
You will also assist with rental applications, sending contracts and liaising with tenants, guarantors and landlords to ensure paperwork is returned promptly. From time to time you may be asked to carry out property inspections and viewings to support the office during busy periods.
You will take incoming phone calls, and also greet customers as they enter our office.
Full training will be given to ensure you understand and are fully comfortable with all procedures.
Candidates must have achieved GCSE grade C or higher in at least English & Maths, have exemplary organisational skills, confident communication skills and be IT literate (preferably Mac but not essential). Candidates will also need to hold a full UK driving licence and have their own car.
